Youth in Protest

Pictures show a protest march against racial inequality in Birmingham, Alabama. Children and families came together in memory of the historic Children’s Crusade in 1963. Sixty years ago, in peacefully protesting segregation, black students across the city were met with police dogs and fire hoses.
